Tranquil Balcony: Charming Condo close to Disney

The host was absolutely awful to deal with. The booking said there was a lazy river and water slides which there were not. The property was filthy. The coach was absolutely disgusting and stained. The showers were moldy. The floors were dirty and did not appear to even have been swept after the previous renters checked out. And the neighbors were smoking pot on the balcony which prevented us from using the balcony.

Communication is close to zero if you have any issues. Do NOT except a quick response and it can be as long as 24 hours. It was clean and close to theme parks ect. THESE CONDO’s have VERY thin walls and the pipes banged all night long and we did not sleep this entire Vacation.

The condo was awesome, would stay there again! The only thing was the back gate to the gated cmty was broken off so it was wide open to all.

The condo was exactly as listed, clean and in a beautiful location. The resort amenities had lots of things to do for kids and adults, and everything was in good, working order. The owner had excellent communication and check in was super easy. We will be back!

The Lazy River, pools and activities were all great. The condo was fabulous. What I didn’t like was not being able to bring in a water bottle or bottled water and having to pay over $3.00 for one at the desk. Dehydration happens fast in the Florida sun and water should be readily available and free. The edge around the hot tub should be cleansed more often. I ended up with algea on the back of my bathing suit that would not completely come out.
